I arrived short notice REALLY stressed as airline KLM had lost my luggage and caused me to miss my train to my onward destination. My phone was about to die and I had no charger. The lovely girl who greeted me went out of her way to find one I could borrow. Waves of relief were felt. Thank you lovely lady!

Great location. Good size room with excellent facilities. Breakfast is in the nearby sister apartments which are not too far. Totally recommended.
The worst place in Warsaw.
There is no elevator, you have to climb upstairs with all your luggage, for check-in and rooms, breakfast is served in a small room with only 4 tables , where you have to wait in the queue to be beasties like at the airport check-in. The staff at reception is absolutely unprofessional and arrogant. Not recommend for business trip as they are unable to issue a receipt or an invoice. Not withstanding all the reminders and all requests I am still waiting for them since last week. And today only they said they can’t do it .
I didn't realize that this particular place didn't have a lift and had to climb quite a lot o stairs to the room with the luggage and on a daily basis.

We had apartment with balcony and it was very nice. Clean and quiet. Balcony was great. Bed was amazing. Good location, next to bus stop. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.|Not much kitchen tools but enough. Towels, soap and shampoo included.||Wifi was poor, didn't worked at nights at all.
